Who operates the service

Bobby Website is operated by TorosRicos OÜ and is part of the Bobby Network product family. Registry code, VAT number and registered address are added to this page once they are verified; they are not stated before then.

What submitting a URL does

Submitting a website address starts a governed review. The address is normalised and safety-checked, redirects are resolved to a canonical domain, robots directives are read and up to ten useful public pages are selected.

Reading page text and capturing screenshots requires discovery providers that are not connected yet. Until they are, a submission stops honestly at that point instead of producing an invented result.

• No account is created and none is required.
• You receive a private status link containing a secret token. It is the only way to read that submission.
• Repeat submissions of the same website are folded onto one website record instead of starting a second scan.

Acceptable use

Submit only websites you are entitled to have inspected. Bobby inspects publicly reachable pages, never bypasses authentication or access restrictions, and refuses local, private, link-local, reserved and cloud-metadata addresses.

Automated or bulk submission, attempts to use the service to probe infrastructure you do not control, and attempts to evade rate limiting are not permitted.

Admission is never automatic

Submitting a website does not guarantee admission into the Bobby Network. Compatibility assessment, ownership verification and an authorised human review all sit between a submission and acceptance.

“Eligible to claim” means the scan suggests the website is compatible and an authorised contact may be invited. It is not acceptance, and an invitation is never proof of ownership.

Platform accounts

Accounts exist only for authorised Bobby Website staff. Creating an account grants no platform permissions: roles are granted separately by the Platform Owner and are never assigned automatically.

Withdrawal and removal

A submission can be withdrawn on request from a contact address on the website itself, or by writing to the operator. Withdrawal is a recorded lifecycle state with an audit entry, not a silent delete.

Availability and changes

The service is in a live pilot. Capabilities are added incrementally and the homepage states which ones are operational at any time. These terms change as capabilities land, and the review date at the top of this page is updated when they do.
